Privacy Policy

Last updated October 22, 2026
Overview
Matiza (“we”, “us”) is a personal habit and mood tracker. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not show ads. We do not use your data for cross-app tracking.
Information we collect
Account information: When you sign in, we store an account identifier and the email address associated with your sign-in method. If you use Sign in with Apple or Google, we may also receive your name if you choose to share it.
Tracker content: We store the trackers you create (names, emoji, color scales, settings) and the values you log for each day. This content is private to your account.
Device storage: On your device we may keep a local cache of your tracker data and sign-in session so the app works offline and loads quickly. Optional daily reminders are scheduled locally on your device; we do not operate a push-notification server for those reminders.
How we use information
We use your account and tracker data solely to provide the app: authenticate you, sync your calendars across devices, and save the values you log.
We use trusted infrastructure providers to host authentication and data storage (currently Supabase). Sign-in may also involve Apple or Google as identity providers when you choose those options.
What we do not collect
We do not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs that track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
We do not sell or rent personal information.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your account and tracker data while your account is active so you can use the app.
You can delete your account in the app: open the Daily tab, tap your profile picture, tap your name, then choose Delete account and confirm. That permanently removes your profile, trackers, and logged values from our systems.
If you cannot access the app, email support@matiza.io and we will help delete your account.
Children
Matiza is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
